Hungarian Swimming Federation: 9 people had tested positive for the virus
As we wrote today, World swimming champion Boglárka Kapás has tested positive for novel coronavirus. Kapás said on Facebook that second test had come out positive.
Meanwhile, another Hungarian swimmer, Dominik Kozma, confirmed that his second test for novel coronavirus had come out as positive.
He told public news channel M1 that he was also feeling perfectly well and had not noticed any symptoms.
Kozma came third in the men’s 4×100 metre freestyle relay of the 2017 world championships hosted by Hungary and is a four-time European championship bronze medalist.
Hungarian Swimming Federation MUSZ said that by Tuesday evening nine people had tested positive for the virus among the swimmers, trainers and other staff members tested.
They have all taken up isolation for 14 days after returning from training abroad, the federation said in a statement.
